What is best for you?

1. Foamex / Rigid Panel Graphics (Full Panel Inserts)

✅ Pros:

Seamless Look: Offers a clean, professional appearance when printed as full-height panels that slot into the shell scheme frame.

Durable: Rigid and sturdy, unlikely to wrinkle or crease.

High-Quality Finish: Great print resolution and color accuracy.

❌ Cons:

Transport & Storage: Bulky and fragile — can be awkward to move and require protection.

Higher Cost: Typically more expensive to print and transport than flexible options.

Less Reusable: May not fit another shell scheme with different dimensions.

✔️ Best For:

High-impact designs

Companies with a dedicated events budget and professional setup support.

2. Rollable / Flexible Panel Graphics (Rollable Corriboard, PVC, or Fabric Panels)

✅ Pros:

Portable: Can be rolled up and transported in tubes or cases — ideal for travel.

Cost-Effective: Generally cheaper than rigid panels.

Reusable: More adaptable to different booth sizes or layouts.

❌ Cons:

Installation Sensitivity: Can be tricky to align perfectly; creases or bubbles can form.

Depends on Velcro or Magnetic Fixing: Which can weaken over time or during setup.

✔️ Best For:

Traveling exhibitors

Smaller businesses or first-time exhibitors.

3. Pop-Up or Self-Supported Graphics (Pop-Up Walls or Fabric Tension Systems)

✅ Pros:

Self-Standing: Doesn’t rely on shell scheme structure - can be used anywhere.

Quick Setup: Fast to assemble and take down.

Reusable Across Events: Great for multiple shows in varied locations.

❌ Cons:

May Waste Space: Because it sits in front of the shell scheme walls, it can reduce booth depth.

Not Integrated: Doesn’t follow the shell scheme layout, so less built-in feel.

More Expensive: Initial investment is higher, though cost-effective in the long term.

✔️ Best For:

Exhibitors who attend various venue types

Brands seeking long-term ROI and flexible reuse.
