DISPLAY WALLS (1m to 10m wide), MEDIA UNITS, LECTURNS, LIGHTBOXES and various STAND DISPLAYS available to hire

1. HIRE A GRAPHIC WALL - 1m wide to 10m wide

Ideal for use on an exhibition stand or as a backdrop to your conference or product launch platform.

DESCRIPTION: Stylish, anodised aluminium, minimalist frame designs that look superb wherever you use them. Free standing or shell scheme mounted (typically for exhibition use), these frames are all two-faced, in that you can display graphics front and back if you want to. Graphics are printed on exhibition grade fabric and take just minutes to fit. Frames can be accessories with LED spotlights, literature dispensers, TV screens, secure iPad holders and more. All these options are available for hire. 

Our creative studio can design your graphics for you, or you can supply us with your own artwork, whichever you prefer.

ASSEMBLY: Allow 15 minutes (1m) up to one hour (10m). Anything over 3m requires two people to complete the build. 

TRANSPORTATION: This whole system packs into a cricket/hockey bag sized canvas case, so can be transported on the back seat of your car, so no van hire necessary! The 10m wall would requires five bags. Less for the smaller frames.

2. HIRE A LIGHTBOX or ILLUMINATED WALL

Our lightboxes and illuminated walls are used on exhibition stands, at seminars and conferences, at product launches and in office receptions.

DESCRIPTION: We should start by saying that you cannot go wrong with a lightbox or illuminated wall as they always catch the eye of passers by. Even if your existing display is somewhat lacking in impact, you can usually save the day with the addition of a glowing lightbox  … 

We offer portable pack-away lightboxes (1m wide x 2m high) that can be assembled by yourself - no tools required; up to complete walls (3m wide x 2.5m high by however many walls you want). In all cases the frames are made from anodised aluminium, the lighting is low draw, high density LEDs and the graphics are printed on light defusing fabric.

ASSEMBLY: Our portable unit can be assembled in ten minutes, our larger units are delivered to site, installed and removed after the event.

TRANSPORTATION: Our portable unit is packed in a  2 x 30 x 116cm casae so can be transported in a family saloon car. Larger units such as illuminated walls are delivered to site for you.

HIRE A PORTABLE MEDIA STATION

Our media units are seen at exhibitions, in boardrooms, at product launches and at conferences.

DESCRIPTION: Our media stations comprise a central display unit with screen and the option of one or two "wings" that can enlarge the unit from 1m up to 3m wide; or wider if preferred. We offer two styles of central unit; one has a forward facing worktop and the other has a rear mounted lockable cabinet. The forward facing unit flat-packs into two cricket/hockey kit bag sized carry cases, while the unit with the lockable cabinet splits into halves  Both units are assembled from a sturdy anodised aluminium frame and can take screens up to 42". Depending on the unit hired, graphics are printed on fabric, 3mm pvc sheet or rollable plastic sheet.

ASSEMBLY: The unit with the forward facing work top can be assembled in under an hour, including the application of your graphics. The unit with the rear mounted lockable cabinet takes a similar time but this unit is supplied in sub-assembled form.

TRANSPORTATION: Our flat-pack units can be transported in a family saloon car while the unit with the lockable cabinet needs a small van or MPV with the rear seats down. 

4. HIRE A FREE STANDING DISPLAY BOOTH - under £1500

There are times when you might need a display booth, but don’t have access to a shell scheme.

If this is the case, we can hire you an impressive display stand, complete with TV screen mount (if required), counter and literature racks.

Your HIRE the frame and BUY the graphics. Furniture not included, this is best hired from a local source (we can advise).

The cost will depend on the specification / size you require but typically between £1500 and £2500; or more precisely £1750.00 for the 3m x 2m with counter shown.

Please add £750.00 if you need graphics on the back faces of these walls.

ASSEMBLY: Allow 2 hrs from start to finish. Tools (one x hex driver and one x spanner) supplied and a small ladder or stool. IMPORTANT: This unit needs power if you want a screen.

TRANSPORTATION: Packs down into 6 x cricket/hockey bag sized canvas cases, so can be transported in a family saloon car.

5. HIRE an INFO ISLAND or IMPACT ISLAND - from £5000

These space only/island stands are too complex to install yourselves but they are still easy - as the Shell-Clad team builds the stand before the show and removes it afterwards!

We have a variety of robust, powerful display stands that you can hire from us. As usual, all you have to do is buy are the graphics.

Furthermore, these systems can be tailored to a degree, so if you don’t see what you want (but see something similar) just ask us.

Do they work … the answer is Yes. Star Wars franchisees don’t mess about, so you are in good company.

Prices range from £5000 to £12500 depending on what you want. Prices include delivery, build, breakdown and removal.

ADD SOME OPTIONAL EXTRAS

HIRE A COUNTER: All exhibition stands need a centre point from which to meet and greet, exchange details, take notes, make laptop presentations etc. Hire our counter for £250.00 (this price includes a fully printed wrap around graphic).

HIRE SOME SPOTLIGHTS: High quality, easy to install, LED spotlights and joining cables. Absolute top quality. £35.00 per light.

ADD A FLAT SCREEN: The good news is that there is no charge (from us) for this if you are hiring one of our stand options although, in some cases, the shell scheme contractor will make a charge. This does have to be pre-organised, so let’s chat. 

ADD A LittleboxBIG: If you product is small and neatly packaged, who not take advantage of our LittleboxBIG display system. Your hire the frame and buy the graphics. Cost for a standard 1m x 60cm x 40cm units is £450.00 for a two week hire.

ASK SHELL-CLAD TO DESIGN YOUR GRAPHICS: Exhibitions are all about IMPACT so whatever you hire from us, the design has to be right. If you don’t have access to top quality "large format” design, why not brief us? Charges vary but quality doesn’t. We guarantee impact!
